A Pre-Holiday Check-In
A brief check in.
I am obsessed with taking witness to the tremendous growth that takes place within those who commit to themselves. And amongst these growers and changers and movers,, there is typically an evident common thread.
we are walking around as individuals being way too damn hard on ourselves. would we talk to our best friends the way we talk to ourselves so often?
our daughters?
our sons?
our partners?
May this serve as a reminder you to be easy on yourself, to give yourself grace, and to love on yourself a little (okay a lot) extra, especially as the holidays roll in.
a time for family, yes.
but also a time for reflection.
