Coming Home

in a season that may have held so much heaviness, i invite you in to share in a moment of peace, of breath, of teshuvah—a return home to self.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

the conflict, the disruption, the transitions can all still exist synonymously externally with an internal state of being-ness.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

just because the outside is chaos, does not mean that your internal has to match. our surroundings will rise to the vibration and frequency that we carry.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

we don’t have to lower ours to match that of the environment.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

and i guarantee that as your frequency increases, there will be inevitable shifts in your environment, both externally and internally.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

to me, this is what it means to come home.
