we feel it is pretty damn important to ensure that their ability to send valuable and comprehensible feedback up to the brain is fully in tact.

in a world in which we our feet are so often held captive by shoes that are made for literally no naturally occuring footshape, we need to balance that time out with movement, with connection, with freedom.

we have opportunities to reduce anxiety and feelings of airiness by getting connected to our feet, which can then get re-connected to this earth.
