Following Ease

One of the biggest lessons I have received over and over again is that in working with ease.

I do my best to apply this concept and, ultimately, way being to all things in life–making business decisions, choosing with whom i would like to collaborate, what i would like to create for a meal, and perhaps most importantly, how i work as a chiropractor to access the very system that perceives our entire world.

I strive to always work with with the ease of your body–never against it.

I don't believe in breaking down walls and doors. if your body created an area of stuckness, it probably did so for a reason. i  choose to be guided by where your body is saying "yes", providing me with an opening to apply a force, or an adjustment, with either our hands alone or with the assistance of one of our go-to tools.

A gentle reminder that no matter what, both within the walls of the inside space and beyond, I am here to listen to you, to be guided by you, and to be with you in all that you are.
