Gab Intro, 2022

a columbus, ohio native, i’ve been encouraged from a young age to set out and experience novelty, with parents and family backing me and reminding me that I can do anything i set my mind to. while I always loved to travel and experience cultures through people, food, and the chutzpa found in far away places, growing up, our traveling remained within the continent of north america, and typically within the united states. namely, we had our annual trip to delray beach, florida to visit grandparents, or a trip out to california to visit cousins. i knew that when i could, i wanted to see more, explore more, know more. so that’s what i did.

my love of the innate concept of human connection has never failed me. that coupled with my passion/profession as a vitalistic chiropractor has opened doors, windows, and bridges to places that are breathtaking beyond measure, and of course, to some of the most luminous and intelligent people this planet has to offer. i had previously found myself in a moment as somewhat of a nomad, finding a sense of home in every place i go and in every person that i met. through my process of becoming, i have picked up and integrated bits and pieces of each experience i’ve had in getting here (wherever “here” is), leaving me feeling resilient, adaptable, and perhaps most importantly, authentically me.

and after two and a half years of sprints, walks, and crawls around the world, it is with that paradigm that i decided that now is the time to plant some roots in the very place that raised me. i bring all the experience carried in my heart, hands, and nervous system and am pouring it all into @theinsidespace_. and damn does it feel good.
