Holding a Lot in the Throat


the last couple of weeks, we've been noticing that many of our adults who have laid down on our table have been holding a lot in their throats.

we want to give you permission to free whatever has been sticking around in there.

whether its a nagging cough, an unvoiced need, an apology, a sigh of relief, or even a compliment you've been wanting to give to someone, we invite you to make some space for new.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

say what you need to say.

clear that space that has been occupied by the words left unexpressed.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

sigh it out.

make some noise.

take up your space.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

you just may feel lighter on the other side
