How Do You Dissipate Forces?
as we grow, transform, and evolve in this life, we encounter force…constantly.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
some of these forces are constructive, gently pulling us closer towards that which we are becoming, aiding us on our journey of learning and unlearning, all at the same time.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
other forces aren’t quite as forthcoming. some may feel abrupt, jarring, foreign, and perhaps even unwarranted.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
and all of these forces alike play a role in our path this go around, unquestionably.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
what we can question, however, is how we dissipate these forces, both welcome and unwelcome, so that we can continue to navigate our worlds with as much grace and ease and curiosity as possible?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
at the inside space, that is just what we are here to do.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
we cannot take away the forces that be, but what we can absolutely support you with is helping those forces to dissipate a little more gently, to integrate a little more fully.

for me, i see that as my life’s work.

when we can dissipate the forces of nature more eloquently, the perspective of our world transforms.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
a moment of overwhelm can dissipate into one of surrender.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
a moment of anger can shift into one of compassion.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
a moment of sadness can shift into a moment of release, knowing that the “sitting in the feeling” will ultimately dissipate it more than choking those tears back ever could.
