How Do You Lighten Your Load?


in moments of heaviness, what strategies do you use to lighten the load?

for us, something that is nearly impossible to do with seriousness and gravity--handstands!

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

there is a necessary element of play involved. a welcoming of a beginner's mindset. and a commitment to kicking back up and trying again.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

something about altering our body's orientation to earth allows for a shift.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

if it isn't handstands for you, what sort of movement can you keep in your arsenal that can serve as a total reset? if not total, we will allow for momentary.

it doesn't have to be that heavy. we're okay here. our basic needs are met.

lightness and playfulness are invited. we just have to open the door.
