Let's Talk Celebration

let's talk celebration.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

when is the last time you, quite literally, kicked your feet up, danced around the room, commended yourself for something, okay ANYTHING, and finally cut yourself the much deserved slack that you cut everyone else for far less accomplished?

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

we want to teach our children, the tiny humans that are depending on us for the vast majority of their learning in their formative years, to be gentle with themselves. to celebrate themselves along the way. to see the good that they are putting into the world.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

but how can we teach them these things if we aren't even doing them ourselves as grown-ups?

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

let's invite a moment of congruency here.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

and then let's invite a moment of play.

of liberation.

of celebration.

of JOY!

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

in case you were in need, this is your invitation to play your favorite song (if you're in need, maggie rogers or léon are our go-tos), turn the volume up, grab your mini if he or she is around, and dance.

shake.

move.

celebrate.

BE.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

let us know how much freer and younger you feel when you're done.
