The Gentle Nudgings of Our Innate

our bodies are continuously in action to let us know what is a "yes" and what is a "no" for us in our lives.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

our "yes" is here to guide us ever-closer towards what is meant for us. towards what feels right. towards what feels like a truth. a body that exists in harmony with these innately guided truths has the tendency to feel like one that is liberated, that is empowered, that is supported.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

those of us that live in bodies in which our "no" is quite vocal, but we haven't quite figured out how to listen, feel, well, a little different. these are the bodies that feel like they are holding us captive. immobilizing us in our tracks on our way to what, perhaps, our educated mind, thinks is meant for us.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

the culture we in process of building at the inside space is one in which we practice the listening.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

we practice the differentiation of the "yes" and the "no".

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

that is the only place we can all start.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

not in a place of beating self up for not doing better or knowing more. it just doesn't seem to be productive.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

so we gather, we commune, we listen...together.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

we practice right along side you.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

continuously checking in with our "yes" and "no", in order to constantly move towards what is a truth, what is for us, and politely decline that which is not.
