The Gift of Patience

mark nepo remarks that “the gift of patience opens when our body, heart, and mind slow enough to move in unison.”

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

and we pause.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

breathe in.

out.

and we continue together.

in unison.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

dis-ease, of any sort, presents when we do not express in in intensity, in alignment, in a congruous with that which we are and have always been.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

we experience anxiety when our head is racing ahead of our hearts and bodies. we call this mobilization.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

we experience frustration when our bodies lag behind our hearts and our minds. we call this immobilization.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

we experience symptomatology, or dis-ease, when there is an internal melee going on within the confines of our skins and skulls.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

and we want to assist you in restoring the symphony that can play so jubilantly, so jovially, so playfully, when there is clarity surrounding the slowing of the heart, the mind, or the body to so delicately match the pace of that which is of nature.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

at the inside space, chiropractic is here to allow for more of that.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

that which is natural.

that which is you.

that which is patient.

that which is in divine timing according to the natural laws of all that is.
