A Check In

As temperatures rise and the cycle of growth and flourishing that is spring spins us on into summer, let’s take a quick scan of our bodies, shall we?

Do you feel like you are sitting idle, with run down parts, rust formation, a stalled out engine, a faulty motor? Feeling all of these things as life and work and kids play in around you?

Spring and summer are a time for movement, for activity, for blossoming, for becoming. Yet so many of us are feeling out of gas, stuck, low energy, disconnected, and in total dis-ease.

Yes, dis-ease not disease.

Is this a term with which you are familiar? Dis-ease precedes all disease, all sickness, all ailments. Dis-ease preceded the expression of symptoms. Dis-ease is a place in which much of our world exists in today.

This lack of ease, lack of harmony, lack of balance ultimately lead to lack of health. Lead to a feeling of sitting idle. Lead to a feeling of watching as life spins on around you.

As Reggie Gold says, we don’t just trip over a sickness and catch it. It is always preceded by dis-ease.

So on this beautiful Monday in Columbus, Ohio, I challenge you to stop sitting idly if you wish to see a change in your health, your happiness, and your LIFE.

If you are looking for that permission to take control of your state of being, here it is. Loud and clear. It’s time to clear out what is no longer serving you, scrape off the rust, and fire up that engine and get back to finding joy, play, and freedom in your life. It is yours to take ahold of, and it has far too much potential to sit in dis-ease and watch it go by without you.

If this message resonates with you, reach out. I would be honored to facilitate the dissipation of dis-ease from your body, your mind, and your life
