Our Inherent Resilience

As humans, we are inherently resilient.

It is a fact.

It is as much a fact as saying the sky is blue, the world is round, the sun is the center of our Milky Way galaxy.

We seek out the light between the trees — even the smallest of slivers. We are drawn to it.

Resiliency is part of the “all-inclusive” package of us as humans when we enter this world. It is not something that must be purchased as “bonus” or something for which we must “pay extra”.

So why are so many of us walking around this world feeling like we are alone withstanding the weight of a giant boulder that is stress? Alone under a boulder that is pushing us into a deeper and deeper darkness.

“I’m not even that stressed” people say.

I am only trying to work a full-time job (that may or may not be fulfilling).

I am only trying to get my degree so I can get out into the “real world”.

I am only trying to support myself and my family.

I am only trying to have find ways to stay satiated in my personal life.

I am only trying to “figure out” what to do next.

I am only trying to be happy.

I am …

Are you?

Our bodies, our minds, our nervous systems can only withstand so much of this. We move through life daily at such lightning speeds that we forget to breathe. We contract our diaphragms, we activate our “fight or flight” systems, and find ourselves stuck in  s u r v i v a l .

The longer we are stuck in this stress cycle, the more our sense of resiliency slips through our fingertips.

Matter has limitations, and those limitations reach their limit the longer that we stuck in survival under a giant boulder of stress.

My goal is to help you regain your resiliency through vitalistic chiropractic care.

Let’s work together to kindly escort your nervous system out of its state of survival and into a more balanced state of “rest and digest”, ease, peace, growth, and healing.

When we feel resilient, we feel on top of the world.

We recover more quickly from workouts.

We reclaim our positivity and sense of self more quickly after emotional “dips”.

We rebound more quickly after we consume something that may not be the best for our bodies.

And perhaps most importantly

WE LET GO OF WHAT DOES NOT SERVE US.

Are you ready to reconnect to your inherent resiliency?

It’s time for an upgrade.
