when we ignore the call of what our bodies crave, they will, most definitely, let us know.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

that vocalization on behalf of our bodies presents in several different ways:

pain

fatigue

anxiety

depression

overwhelm

numbness

dissociation

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

at the inside space, we seek to support you in understanding the language of your body, so you, too, can actively be included in the conversation.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

when we realize that these bodily whispers (or screams) are there only to guide us towards what is meant for us and away from all that is not, the listening becomes joyful, experiential, and to be honest, not so damn heavy.
