Moving Your Matter
how do you move your matter?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
far more often than we may originally think, our perceived needs for things external to self can ultimately be met by something rather simple, with which we can supply ourselves at any time—
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
moving matter.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
we can move our own matter, physically.
we can move matter by creating something new.
we can also move matter by breaking something down, often times leading to breaking something through.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
when we move our matter, feelings shift, our state softens, we have, at the very least, the potential to experience a change.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
some of our go-tos to move matter are to get our hands in the dirt. to repot some plants, to attend to some new propagations, to make a collage, to nurture something.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
when we lay down on the table to receive care at the inside space, this also counts as a movement of matter.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
a reorganization.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
a re-shape.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
a re-frame.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
and if i may say, i’ve only ever seen people reorganize into a gentler conglomeration of matter on our tables.
